* change keyboard BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE rules
Edits keyboard-level instances of `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = lite` to `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = yes`.
* change keyboard BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE inline comments
